“Systems” explores the interconnected relationships between the beauty of urban development, decaying and thriving ecosystems, the harmonious ecology of Aotearoa, the mystique of astronomy, and geological documentation. In this multi-disciplinary collaboration between art, photography, and space, these complex and beautiful cyclical relationships are brought to the forefront with a unique visual interpretation that we hope inspires at least half the curiosity we shared with these topics as a group, as none of these ecosystems and environments can coexist without each other in today’s climate.
